Okay, I think I have to make this thread.
There’re so many people asking how to set gmail on E90 Communicator.

Here it is:

• Go to Message
• Click Options -> Settings -> E-Mail
• Then click Options -> New Mailbox
• The mailbox setup wizard will show-up
• Click Start
• Choose POP3 then click Next
• Type your email address eg: email@gmail.com
• Click Next
• Type pop.gmail.com
• Click Next
• Type smtp.gmail.com
• Click Next
• Then choose your access point to connect to gmail server. Or you can choose Always ask if you want to choose the access point everytime you want to check email.
• Type your prefered name for this mailbox. Eg: MyGmail
• Click Finish then Ok

The gmail configuration is not complete yet.
In Mailbox list, click your gmail mailbox (eg: MyGmail) then do as follow:

• Click Connection Settings
• Click Incoming e-mail
• Click username, and type your gmail username (eg: xxxxx). Then click OK
• Click Password, and type your gmail password (eg: xxxxxx). Then click OK
• Scroll down and click Security (ports)
• Choose SSL/TLS then click Ok
• Then click Back
• Choose Outgoing e-mail
• Choose Username, and type your gmail username (eg: xxxxx). Then click OK
• Choose Password, and type your gmail password (eg: xxxxxx). Then click OK
• Scroll down and click Security (ports)
• Choose SSL/TLS then click Ok
• Then click Back

You can do automatic retrieval in the mailbox settings. So you can tell your device wheter it should download your mail in every 30 minutes or else.
The mail setup is done.
Go back to desktop.

Okay, now I’m going to tell you how to retrieve your gmail.

• Go to Message
• Choose your Gmail Mailbox (eg: MyGmail)
• Wait until it ask if you want to connect to mailbox.
• Click Ok.
• It will download your gmail to your device.
• You can read each mail by clicking the message, and it will download the entire mail to your device.

Done.
